Your use of this website is subject to the terms and conditions below. By using any part of this website, completing your customer registration with us, or placing an order on the website, you accept the terms and conditions, which also include our Privacy Policy.

Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, this is not a legally binding agreement. Dr. Stine Ankerstjerne ApS reserves the right to cancel an order due to typographical errors, technical issues, delivery failures, or similar unforeseen circumstances.

After completing an order, you will automatically receive an email with an overview of the items you ordered. This email is solely a receipt of your order and does not constitute a binding order confirmation.

A final and legally binding agreement is only entered into when you receive an order confirmation by email from Dr. Stine Ankerstjerne ApS, confirming that your goods have been shipped. We will only charge your account when the order has been processed and dispatched.

A copy of the agreement is stored by Dr. Stine Ankerstjerne ApS and can be sent to you at any time upon request.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate address and contact details when placing an order, and Dr. Stine Ankerstjerne ApS is not obliged to replace shipments that are incorrectly delivered due to incorrect address information. If you have entered incorrect details, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at hello@drstine.com.

Taxes and Duties

All prices are shown in DKK, and the customer will be charged in this currency. Please note that all prices in the webshop include Danish VAT of 25%. For purchases outside Denmark, please refer to our EU shop, our Norwegian or Swedish shop. If you purchase outside Denmark, you are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival. Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before you purchase.

Payment

Once you have placed the desired items in the cart and proceed to the payment window, you will be presented with the possible payment methods for your purchase after you have entered your address details.

We offer payment with Klarna, MobilePay, or VISA and Mastercard, depending on your purchase. Once your order is complete, an order confirmation will be sent to you by email. This confirmation includes the payment reference, the total value of your order, and the amount to be charged. When paying with an international payment card, e.g. Visa or MasterCard, the amount will automatically be reserved on your account as soon as you approve the payment. If you subsequently cancel your purchase, the reservation will be released as quickly as possible.

It is your card issuer who decides whether the amount is reserved upon approval, as well as when a potential reservation will be released in the event of cancellation. For further information, please refer to the terms you have with your card issuer.

Order Cancellation

We can cancel orders before they are processed at our warehouse. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at hello@drstine.com. Include your order number and the reason for the cancellation in your message.

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, please see our return policy for further instructions.

Subscriptions

When you create a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries depending on the chosen delivery frequency. Your payment information will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each of these deliveries when the package is dispatched. If you wish to cancel or modify your subscription, you can do so at any time in our subscription portal. A link to the subscription portal can be found at the bottom of your order confirmation or at the bottom of our website.

Pre-Orders

In certain cases, it is possible to purchase products as pre-orders if they are new items or items on their way to stock. It will be indicated on the product page if it is a pre-order item. When you place a pre-order, we will either reserve the amount or charge it immediately, depending on the chosen payment method. You can cancel a pre-order at any time as long as it has not been shipped from our warehouse. Once it has been dispatched, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel the order. Please note that delays in pre-orders may occur, and we will do our best to keep you updated on the expected delivery status.

Complaints and Returns

At Dr. Stine Ankerstjerne ApS, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a limited return policy under the following conditions:

• You may return products within 14 days of receipt.
  
• The goods must be unopened, and the packaging must be intact. Any seal must not be broken.
  

Returns only apply to items that meet the above conditions.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you wish to initiate a return, please send an email to hello@drstine.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges after a purchase has been delivered. If you want another item, you must return the product and place a new order for the desired product.

According to consumer law, you have a 2-year warranty, which covers items with manufacturing defects. If you discover a defect upon receipt of the product, please email us at hello@drstine.com so we can rectify the issue.
