General Information

Your use of this website is subject to the terms and conditions below. By using any part of this website, completing your customer registration with us, or placing an order on the website, you accept the terms and conditions, which also include our privacy policy. Dr. Ankerstjerne does not guarantee that all items in the online store are always in stock. If the consumer has purchased a product that is not available, Dr. Ankerstjerne reserves the right to cancel the order. In this case, the consumer will be contacted by Dr. Ankerstjerne.

Taxes and Fees

All prices are shown in EURO, and the customer will be charged in this currency. Note that all prices in the online store include local VAT. The VAT differs from country to country. VAT will show at check out. For purchases to Denmark, Norway or Sweden please visit the local ankerstjerne web stores. If you buy outside EU, you are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before purchasing.

Payment

We accept Visa cards and Mastercards. We do not offer invoice payment. Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to you via email. This will include the payment reference and the total value of your order, as well as the amount that has been charged to your card. We will send you an update via email when your products are packed and shipped.

Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or try before you buy. These cancellation policies describe how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeated deliveries. These are based on the duration and frequency of the subscription you choose. Your payment information will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each of these deliveries unless you choose to prepay. Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of the term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it. If you wish to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Emails with order confirmations contain links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. See our return policy for more information on returns and refunds.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you buy an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in stock. We may either charge no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment on a future date. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, you cannot cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. Claims and Returns

We naturally hope that you are super satisfied with your new Dr. Ankerstjerne product! However, if that is not the case, we would like to hear from you. We do not offer any treatment guarantee or guarantee that you will achieve a desired result. All skin types are different, and therefore results and effects will also vary from person to person. For hygienic reasons, we do not offer returns on skincare products.
