You can safely use all the products with the exception of SUPERFOOD multipurpose vitamin face gel when you are pregnant. The reason is that SUPERFOOD multipurpose vitamin face gel contains vitamin A (Retinyl Palmitate).

Pregnant women should limit their intake of vitamin A during pregnancy because intake of vitamin A is associated with an increased risk of birth defects. The Norwegian Food Safety Authority therefore recommends that pregnant women avoid skin care products containing vitamin A.

If you are pregnant and have already used SUPERFOOD, you do not need to worry. The recommendation is based on the principle of being on the safe side.
