For pregnant women: You can safely use all products except for Superfood Multipurpose Vitamin Face Gel during pregnancy. The reason is that Superfood contains a vitamin A derivative (Retinyl Palmitate). Pregnant women should limit their intake of vitamin A during pregnancy because high levels of vitamin A are associated with an increased risk of birth defects. Therefore, health authorities recommend that pregnant women avoid skincare products containing vitamin A. If you are pregnant and have already used Superfood, there is no need to worry. The recommendation is given as a precaution to be on the safe side.
For breastfeeding women: You can safely use all products, including Superfood Multipurpose Vitamin Face Gel.

A 50 ml tube of cream usually lasts 2-5 months. It's difficult to say exactly how much product you should use each time, as it depends on your starting point. For most people, applying a small amount of product, equivalent to a small pea, is sufficient, so the products are usually long-lasting. The amount of product your skin needs depends on both your skin type and the season. Dry and mature skin needs more product than young and oily skin.
All skin types need more product in winter when it's cold outside. Additionally, you need to use more day cream with UV protection if you spend longer periods in the sun to avoid damage from UV rays.
When the skin reacts during the adjustment to a new skincare routine, it can be due to factors related to the skin or the active ingredients in the product. The skin is a living organ that takes about 6 weeks to adapt to a new skincare routine. It is not uncommon to experience flaking/itchiness/bumps, or similar symptoms for a short period when introducing new products and the skin is adjusting to a new skincare routine. The symptoms should be mild, transient, and disappear quickly.
You can handle the adjustment as follows: Take a short break from the product until the skin returns to normal. Then start with a gradual introduction. Try using the product every other day for a short period, then gradually increase to using the product once a day.
A gradual introduction is especially a good idea if you have sensitive skin.
We know that skincare needs to be experienced on your own skin. That's why we have created a sample pack consisting of selected products in 10 ml tubes.
You can order samples here. The samples are free, and you pay 39kr for shipping. Samples can only be ordered once per customer, and they are not part of a subscription.
The skin is a living organ that takes about 6 weeks to adapt to a new skincare routine, so you should always use a new series/product for at least 6 weeks. The clinical studies conducted on our products have spanned 8 weeks to show long-term effects.
How quickly or how much effect is experienced is highly individual and depends on your starting point. Factors such as hydration level, hormone status, age, season, local skin conditions, previous products used, and exposure to sun, wind, and weather all influence the effectiveness achieved. Therefore, some people will experience significant improvements while others may see less. We do not guarantee that everyone will achieve the desired effect.
It is very individual how quickly or how much effect you experience. The starting point differs from person to person. Have you taken care of your skin all your life? Or have you never cared about creams and sun protection? Age, skin type and condition, hydration level, previous skin damage, eczema, illness, and genetics are some of the factors that will matter. External factors also affect the skin's needs and therefore how the skin reacts to products; for example, most skin types need richer or more product when it's cold outside.
Because the starting points and results vary from person to person, all our products have been examined in clinical studies. Therefore, we can speak about the effects on a more general basis. In long-term studies, the products have been used as the sole skincare product daily for 8 weeks. When assessing the effect on wrinkle length and depth, the results were obtained by comparing 3D scanning images before and after the test period.
In clinical studies evaluating the effect on skin firmness and elasticity, a device called a Cutometer, which measures the skin's elastic properties, was used.

We often get asked if our products are clean. Clean products is not a certification or classification like organic or vegan. Therefore, we try to avoid using this term.
All our products are vegan and free from parabens and microplastics. Additionally, Wash is free from fragrance.
Some ingredients are organic, which is indicated on the packaging.
Our products are produced in Denmark. All the products meet all the requirements and standards in Norway, Denmark, and the EU.
The products contain many active ingredients. Some ingredients have a slightly medicinal/clinical scent. The products are not fragrance-free. We have chosen not to add strong perfumes to mask the slightly 'medicinal' scent of the ingredients.
MY ORDER
When we receive your order, an order confirmation is sent to the email address provided during the order process. Sometimes, the order confirmation may be caught in the spam filter. Therefore, it's a good idea to check your spam filter for the email and mark it as not junk. If you have opted in, you will also receive newsletters, offers, etc., which we send out occasionally.
When the item is packed in the warehouse and ready to be shipped to you, we will send another email notifying you that the items are on their way.
You can also log in to your account to view the order and its status there.
We ship with DHL or UPS. You choose the shipping method at checkout.
Orders are packed and shipped Monday to Friday. The shipping time for regular orders is 2-5 business days depending on where you live in the country.
Sample orders: We are experiencing very high demand for samples, so there may be a slight delay in packing and shipping the samples. The samples are shipped with Posten/Bring for delivery to your mailbox. Typically, the shipment takes about 14 days. If you have not received the samples 14 days after your order, please don't hesitate to contact us again.
We withdraw the money for your order when the order is sent for packing in our warehouse and shipped to you.

Our products do not come with a treatment guarantee. This means we do not offer returns if you have not achieved the desired effect after 6-8 weeks.
